Sessions are 50 minutes in length and conducted over the clients preferred online medium, we can accommodate Teams, Google Meet, WhatsApp video call or Facetime. With the provision of online therapy clients can access support from the comfort of their home and in busy schedules save travelling time.

Couples Therapy
At Taskeen Therapy, our couples therapy recognizes and respects the diverse backgrounds, values, and traditions that shape relationships. We understand that
